Terms of Sale
1. Seller
These terms apply to all orders placed on the Kokolino online store, operated by Gray Matter Technologies, 60 rue francois premier, company registration number (SIRET) [SIRET], VAT number [EU VAT number], email: contact.sells.gmt@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
3. Product
Kokolino sells a baby turtle hooded onesie in textured green plush, with a quilted shell on the back, soft cotton lining, a lightly padded hood, a cream zippered belly and flipper-shaped mittens and booties. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight differences may occur depending on your screen.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
5. Ordering process
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability or an existing dispute.
6. Payment
Payment is made at checkout by the methods offered in the store. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.
7. Delivery
Standard shipping is free (7 to 12 business days) and express shipping is paid (4 to 7 business days). Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details, including customs duties for destinations outside the EU.
8. Right of withdrawal and 30-day guarantee
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. In addition, Kokolino offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to all customers worldwide. Full conditions are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Regardless of our commercial guarantee, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods under the applicable law. In the EU, consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Consumers in other regions keep the rights granted by their local law.
10. Safety and use
The product must be used under adult supervision. Please follow the care label instructions and check regularly that the zip, seams and fastenings are intact. Stop using the product if it is damaged.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or defective products. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect losses.
12. Intellectual property
All content of the store (texts, images, logo, design) is protected and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
13. Personal data
Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's place of establishment, without depriving consumers of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at contact.sells.gmt@gmail.com so we can find an amicable solution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform and may have recourse to a consumer mediator [name and details of consumer mediator].

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
