Shipping Policy
We ship Kokolino to Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Oceania and the rest of the world.
Delivery options
- Standard shipping: free, delivered in 7 to 12 business days.
- Express shipping: paid, delivered in 4 to 7 business days. The price is displayed at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within a few business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are counted from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
For destinations outside the European Union, your parcel may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your local customs authority. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery address
Please make sure your address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, write to us at contact.sells.gmt@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or a refund.
