Returns and Refunds
At Kokolino, we want you and your little one to be delighted with your turtle onesie. If it is not right for you, here is how returns and refunds work.
30-day money-back guarantee
You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it and receive a full refund of the price of the item. This commercial guarantee goes beyond, and is in addition to, your statutory rights.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Because our 30-day guarantee is more generous, you can use it instead and still benefit from the same refund.
To exercise your right, notify us clearly of your decision by email at contact.sells.gmt@gmail.com, stating your name, order number and the item concerned. You may also use any clear written statement.
Conditions for returns
- The item must be unworn or only tried on, unwashed, clean, and with its original tags and packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains or odours not caused by trying them on may be subject to a deduction reflecting the loss in value.
- Please contact us before sending anything so that we can provide the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, or proof that you have sent it back, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method. Original standard shipping is refunded when you withdraw within the legal period. Where you chose paid express shipping, we refund the cost of standard delivery only, as provided by law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. In the EU and the UK, you also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years (in the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), which applies independently of our commercial guarantee.
